Low In Call volume

Does anyone else feel like the earpiece volume is very weak? I have trouble hearing people if there is any background noise. I'm coming from the Droid x where I couldn't have the volume all the way up because it was so loud.

I have not had any problems with call volume. Its actually better than my Droid X. I would possibly contact Verizon and see about getting a replacement. Or turn up the volume
