Low light screen flicker.

I have the small Pixel 3 and it seems at maybe 50% or less brightness I'm getting a faint screen flicker when scrolling through images on social media. Say like Instagram, especially swiping sideways. Only noticeable when the surroundings of the screen are white or a light colour.
Only in low light with brightness under like 50%.

Not a big deal but just seeing if anyone has noticed it. My 2XL never did it.

Nah mine is different to that. Mine isn't anything to drastic. It's more like just a power surge I guess you could say. As you swipe through photos or something similar it's like a slight quick surge. Only noticeable in very low light so that probably has something to do with it as well.
