Low phone signal with new smartphone

Hello.

Recently I changed a Motorola Moto X 2nd gen (2014) for a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. When I was using the Moto X, the signal was always strong here at home (usually 4/4 or 3/4 cellphone signal). Now that I'm using the S7 Edge, the signal is usually 1/4 (sometimes 2/4); received calls usually go directly to my voicemail and some that I try to make just don't get completed; and when I make a phone call (really phone call, not Whatsapp or Messenger) I see the signal strenghtening, going to 4/4 or 3/4, what rapidly returns to a weak signal (1/4 or 2/4) when the phone call ends.

I'm still using the same SIM card, the same carrier, the same plan and none of the phones have cases that could interfere with the signal. Nothing has changed, just the device.

Anyone knows what can be happening?

Since now, thanks a lot.

"Stick with one Frequency Band" Should instruct you on how to access the band/frequencies I suggested. Just to make sure that both devices are are adjusted to the same band/frequency. if not this could be the reason you're getting a good signal on one device and not the other.

I can't find this option under Wi-Fi or related things. Tried the "search", too, but had no success.
