Low Storage Issues

I'm running (or trying to) AOKP Milestone 5 and seeing a couple storage issues that might be related. Beats me, though, how to fix them.

In the notification bar, there's a message that says "Low on space." However, when I look at storage in settings, it shows for internal storage 855MB used and 708MB free. I've also got 12GB free on the SD card.

Meanwhile, I'm getting a few random FCs and TouchDown throws a sync error, "Low Storage Space - Aborting." A quick search said one possible cause could be spaced allocated in the partition. Here's a sample from my TouchDown log, if that helps:

File Exists : true
File location : /data/data/com.nitrodesk.droid20.nitroid/databases/windroid.db
File Size : 709Kb [feather]
Free Space : 796Kb
File Exists : true
File location : /data/data/com.nitrodesk.droid20.nitroid/databases/blobs.db
File Size : 6583Kb [feather]
Free Space : 796Kb
DB was opened
Version : 700200016
Max Size: 1099511626752
Page Size: 1024

The 796kb free space does seem insanely low, but not sure what exactly what it's looking at.

As part of installing AOKP, I followed these instructions to first install EH03 GB with Atlas_v2.2 pit.

In later steps, the cache/partition is cleared a few times with installs of ICS Build 2, current ICS and gApps.

Any thoughts, anyone?

Looks like this is a known issue, along with some problems with having apps on the SD card. Hoping build 36 will fix it.

Edit: Found a fix for the storage issue on XDA. I used the 29032012v2 script and it has worked so far.
