Low Volume

Hey guys just having a bit of an issue with the Samsung Charge. I recently received it and replaced my Motorola Droid X2 because that was messing up and now the Charge has a very low volume quality when speaking to people. Wanted to know if anyone else was having the same issue and whether there was a fix for it. Im trying to get an answer soon because if there isnt one I am taking it back.

This is going to sound absolutely ridiculous, and could come off as condescending (which I am not trying to be!) but...

Try moving the phone up and down slowly, the placement of the actual speaker is set funny. It sounds stupid but it makes a difference.

This is not normal. It's honestly the loudest phone I have ever used (and I've used many). I would swap it out or see if it's a reception issue.

I'm with you....my phone is loud! I have to turn it down, however, I do notice a lag between the phones from other carriers. Any one notice that?

i actually experience different volumes on mine when making calls and taking calls.. sometimes it's super loud, sometimes a bit duller (requiring to either lower or raise volume). HOWEVER, there is never an instance (yet) where I couldn't find the perfect volume for the particular phone call I was on at the time.
