LTE/CDMA or Global?

The Maxx came with Global as the default setting. Which is better or which should I be set on, Global or LTE/CDMA? What's the difference?

Set it to LTE/CDMA. Global is set by default but it means it can work in other countries which isn't necessary.

Does it affect anything if it's on global? I'm having trouble getting reception at my house (Downtown LTE covered area) but nowhere else...

Not by much if at all to be honest. I just switch it immediately so there is no unintended conflict that may never even happen.
