Yes, it's listed as an available feature. I have not turned it on.

Just confirming that Advanced Calling (VOLTE) works just fine on the 6p on Verizon. Turn on Enhanced 4G LTE Mode. You'll find this setting in Settings/More/Cellular Networks.

Well now I feel like I should turn it on . . . buy curiously I get really poor service in my market area. So I'm not sure it would do much.
