Up and Downs are super but how about your latency. I am seeing between 50 and 100 on the fringe of 3g coverage area.

High latency regardless of bandwidth available makes for a laggy browsing experience.

Well on a phone I don't think you are going to get under 50. Heck, the data cards don't seem to get under 30. I tested out mobile hotspot here at home and I was getting around 60 and I'm in an extended 4G data area.

I'll have to test out mobile hotspot while I'm at work on Monday. Doing the speedtest just on the phone alone I've not been able to get under 75, but again, it's a phone, not a computer.
