Will the Active2 LTE work on the Verizon network?

Unfortunately, not on its own. It has to be connected to a phone that's connected to Verizon.

Actually it should, and can have its own number. I have the Gear S2 Classic LTE with its own number. I haven't used it in a couple of years, but am still paying the $5/month access fee to keep the line.

If the Active 2 LTE ever shows its pretty face I'm activating it on that line.
