Lte spotted in Twin cities

While driving home on Friday, lost connection for a moment, and when it came back it said 4g. Which it shouldn't on my rom. Ran a speed test...

It was gone a couple miles later

I noticed it a couple weeks ago on the Cedar Ave bridge. Dropped a call, looked at my phone (G Note at the time) and it said 4gLTE. It was gone almost immediately. Talked to the reps at the ATT store yesterday, and they've been told end of November. Apparently ATT is doing stress testing now.
