LTE upgrade (speculation)

It would be nice if it was a software upgrade but I doubt it, to many areas not ready for 4 g yet. But honestly its gonna suck to have to send my Xoom away for a week or so for the upgrade.

Does anyone know of a good 12 step program that will help with the withdrawl?

For me, ill just buy a wifi Xoom at my local shop with a return policy longer than a week, use it until mine gets back to me. I'm told by a friend working at VZW that KC is not slated to get LTE until Sept or so 2011, so I am in no hurry to send mine off.

Upgraded the wife's phone to the Thundebolt yesterday. We're pulling down 15Mbps and uploading at 31 in Phoenix. I'm ready for the upgrade. That's smoking.

If there's no LTE antenna then a software update won't do squat and everything I have read and seen points to no antenna.

The antennas are there- the radio isn't.
