M8 SIMS Issue

Looking for some insight and unsure if this is the right place to ask for help. But another forum directed me here for help.

I have a DINC2 and bought an M8 through Best Buy. When I cut the DINC2 sims card down to a nano sims for the M8 the M8 gives me the following message:

Non Verizon SIM: The SIM card is from an unknown source.

Is there anyone that can help me?

I would pick up a new SIM card at an official Verizon store, where they're free.

It should of came with a sim card if you bought it at Best Buy

As probably you have the Verizon version of the M8, in which only Verizon SIM-Cards will work on it.
