M8 Volume button shortcut to camera no longer works with Marshmallow

Just 'upgraded' to Android 6.0 (HTC sense 7.0) and now the auto launch to camera using the volume button no longer works on my HTC M8. Any suggestions?

Open the camera app, then going to Settings ==> General Settings ==> Volume button options

Yes. It is in Marshmallow. Go to Settings ==> Display and Gestures==>Motion Launch Gestures and there you will see #6, which is volume button to launch camera. Voilla. It was answered above.
