M9 has been released yet I still don't have android L!

Hey guys, just a rant/question. First off, the rant... Where the **** is my Lollipop?! It's already March, HTC already showed the M9 yet I still don't have Lollipop!? This is outraged!

Here in the Philippines using the 2.5ghz model. My question, do any of you guys who own the 2.5ghz M8 have Lollipop? Or am I the only poor soul who don't have It yet?
