Mac doesn't see my note 20 ultra for usb debugging/8bitdo touch Emulator software, any suggestions?

I enabled usb debugging on my phone, but when I plug it in, no matter what option I choose on my phone (file transfer, update, etc)

What am I missing?

The YouTube video the company shows looks like Mac...

Thank you for any help!

Let me try! I was using an adapter as well as my Apple charging cord, but let me try a few more.

Hi, you tried different cables and ports ?

Hello, I've tried different cables and ports.

I used the OEM samsung and OEM pixel cable. And OEM Apple, as well.
I tried all 4 ports on my MacBook PRo.

I have it set to "transferring files / android auto."

My Mac just doesn't see my phone.

Well, the software just doesn't see my phone.

It's supposed to, right?

Hmm good question , I don't own a Mac computer but it should see it , maybe download the drivers for Samsung?

Hello! So, it looks like my computer DOES see my phone. I downloaded Android File Transfer, and my Mac opens up the program and I can see the files on my phone.

So maybe the issue is with the 8bitdo software?

I'll see if there's a forum on here.

Ok good , as for 8bitdo software I'm not sure , maybe we wait little longer see if other members have any experience with it .
