Hey guys,
I know this has probably been mentioned before, but I am very desperate. I love my Epic 4G, but I can't for the life of me get it to connect with my MacBook Pro. I'm running the official Froyo build, but I've had problems before this. My phone always prompts to turn on USB Mass Storage, but the device never shows up on my computer. I've tried using Disk Utility and turning on/off USB debugging to no avail. I can connect easily on my PC, but the Mac just doesn't seem to recognize that I've got a USB device plugged in, even with the driver installed. Other USB devices function properly, and the phone charges while connected, so it's not a problem with the Cable or USB port. Please Help!

Try using a different USB port. If it still doesn't work, use the micro USB adapter that came with the phone to plug it directly into the computer.

I had the same problem. Someone here had the bright idea that fixed it for me, so I’ll pass it alone to you. Get a usb hub. I had a small one I used for travel laying around. Plug it into the usb hub and it will see it every time. Soooo much better than taking the sd card in and out all the time.

I dont have the micro USB thing on my macbook or a USB HUB. How can baby G-sus help me now?
