Magnet Charging Cable & Pressure Sensor Test

Hi, this is my first post.

Recently i bought xperia z3, it is an awesome phone. I also bought the magnetor x cable to charge my phone, so i won't need to open that fiddly flappy things. One day, i checked the pressure sensor (with dialing *#*#SERVICE#*#*), and it only rose by 2-3 hPa. I unplugged it, and it still didn't rise. I already checked the flaps and it was sealed properly. I tried to push the magnet slot at the phone, and it rises nearly back to normal.

any user can confirm what is happening?

sorry for my english, and looking forward to your replies

That sounds normal. The pressure will only rise a tiny amount and not at all if it's not sealed.

JBeef, the thing is, when the seal is closed, it went from around 1008 to 1023 easily, and when charging via magnetic cable and uplugged afterwards, it only rose to 1011 and drop down very quickly

Re: Magnet Charging Cable & Pressure Sensor Test

It's weird but the pressure doesn't rise at all with the flaps completely open so wouldn't worry too much.
Also I've never had a rise as big as 1008-1023. The other one sounds more normal anyway. We're not dealing with big pressure changes.
