Hi, I'm Having a problem on the Mail app on my DINC. Calling VZW and HTC they seem to say to start by deleting all my email accounts and if that doesn't work then to erase the whole phone. I need help with that. I'm not sure if those are good ideas and if they are I don't really know how to back up everything and all that. Could you help please?
