Mail Not Syncing Automatically: What Did I Do?

Love my new Bionic, and SO glad I didn't wait for the iPhone 4S -- however, I inadvertently made a setting that causes my Gmail not to update unless I press the "refresh" icon. It worked beforehand; I did some battery conservation settings -- and then it stopped automatically delivering new mail.

Any suggestions as to what I may have done, O Fellow Droidites?

I did the same thing and it was as easy as going into the settings and turning the gmail auto sync setting back on. Settings/Accounts/click on your gmail account/enable gmail syncing.

Fixed it for me.
