Mails not Synchronizing Automatically in - TAB 2

I have purchased Samsung Tab 2 - GT - P3100 on Dt. 10/02/13.

While using it found that, the inbuilt Email software (Version 4.1) not synchronize mails automatically.
While clicking manual synchronization option it gets stuck / hangs.
Shows only processing circles.
I spoke to technical support team, higher authorized, Samsung R&D person (Complaint Reference No. - 8444773864)
They Also help-less for the same.
I came on conclusion that,

I HAVE PURCHASED VERY HOPELESS PRODUCT.

IT CAN BE USED FOR TIME PASS ONLY, NOT FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE. 1001% UNSATISFIED.

Even here I mention that -

I am having total 3 Android Base Handsets -
1) Samsung ACE - Email (Version 3.0.0.1)
2) Samsung Tab 2 - Email (Version 34.1)
3) Micromax A87 - Email (Version 2.3.4).

In Micromax A87 & Samsung ACE mails Synchronization is faster than Tab 2.

The costing of Micromax is Rs. 5500/- & Samsung Tab 2 is Rs. 18500/-

Please Justify me.
 
This is a problem with my GT-2 also. Every time I read my Email I have to wait for it to load. It doesn't read Email in the background like my HTC EVO 4G, It is current any time I check my Email.

It might be a problem with all WIFI only Tablets!
 
Unfortunately Samsung not accepts this issue.
I have Spoken with Samsung Technical Support, R & D Department and Aurangabad Service Center.
no results.
