I hope I got a bad one. Looking at other threads I am not sure. I really want to like this phone!

I am on my second DNA.

Major issues I have had with the first one:
1. Wi-Fi stopped working even though it was connected. Fixed via one hard reset and two other times by power cycle.
2. Notifications sounds stopped working. Hard reset fixed.
3. Exchange sync very slow to get new emails. Switched to Gmail sync and no problems. IPhone and windows phone work fine with same account. Conclusion - DNA exchange sync is broken.

I hope HTC is on top of these issues.

Update 1 and 2 are looking good over the last few days with new hardware.

(3) Exchange seems to be broken from my point of view as second phone has same issues. I have corp gmail account.

Are you on wi-fi or mobile data when you are experiencing problem with exchange? I can not sync via unsecured wi-fi connection for my work email either due to some firewall/policy etc...

Secure WiFi. Bummer this not working. It works on my HTC one x though:)

I have had to delete and re-input my Exchange settings about 6 times now, getting rather frustrating. After coming out of or going into a WIFI area, it will get stuck on updating and never stop. I have tried rebooting the phone and changing my password to see if that would "kickstart" it but it never works I have to delete account and start all over.

Not sure about the issues you're having.I know my original DNA died completely after about a week.I couldn't even turn it on, it would boot itself on & off several times, and then nothing.Went to VZW and got replacement. That one's been working for over a month with no issues.Just like cars or anything else there's a percentage of defectives.
