Make choose action menu GO AWAY!!!!!!

This stupid choose action menu keeps popping up whenever I try to download pictures from Rockstar Social Club. IT DIDN'T USE TO BEFORE!!!

Basically a choose action menu pops up when I tap "Save Image". Some of the ridiculous options are "sound recorder" and "camera" and "file explorer". None of that does anything. I tried taping gallery but all it does is go to the gallery, not save the pictures there. Also there is no "set as default" or "always option".

How do I make this **** go away, I just want to save the ****in pictures. I'm about to smash this stupid *** phone I hate it. Too complicated

This happens with me aswell. It used to work but now it isnt. I wanna put pictures on my Instagram but I cant. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4
