Make the GS3 look close to stock?

I am debating going with the GS3 in a couple days. I am not new to android, though it has been over a year since I had an android phone. I want to know what launcher or theme I need to use to make the GS3 look as close to stock ICS as possible. I love the look of stock ics and am not a big fan of the touchwiz colors. Too bright for me. I was debating going with the gnex for this reason but I want the camera on the GS3. Anyway I can do this, without rooting?

Nova Launcher seems to be the one most people are using now. I use Go Launcher with the ICS theme for some added functionality.

Could you post a screen shot of what that looks like? I'm very curious as to what it does look like. I had Go Launcher on my old HTC Inspire back in the day.
