Make Trackpad button launch camera app??

Quick question, is there a way to make the trackpad button launch the camera from the home screen?

If not, HTC... hint.. hint...

or better yet, add in an option to choose what the button does when pressed from the home screen. (would be a good addon for launcher pro)

That could be a good and bad idea at the same time.

Current press is for selection. If you made it do something else it might override its current function within an app that needs it for a selection. I use it now for wakeup button instead of power button which is pretty cool.
