If anyone is interested go to developer mode and turn off the windows animation makes a huge difference!

I noticed my phone is even faster.

you have to enable the developer mode

- go to settings
- go to system
- go to about phone
- hit the build number like 5 times or more eventually the developer mode will appear
- you will see developer options back into the system folder.

scroll through developer mode option and look for windows animation default x1 just turn it off

I have not thought once this phone is slow. On nova I have even slowed down the transitions just to enjoy them more

same here. tried your suggestion..indeed feels there's an improvement in opening app. its almost instantly.. thanks for the tip
