Makes no sense?

I have an HTC m8 and I want to turn off vibrations when I receive a notification, from ALL apps. Sounds easy right? Just go to settings, sounds, bla bla.. Nope. I've tried everything. From what I can see, there is no way to shut off the vibration? Can someone please save the day for me? PS. Last HTC phone I will buy.

Many, if not all, apps have their own notification settings.

Open each app which troubles you and go to its Settings page.
