Making calls with Google Voice

Can't seem to get it to work correctly. I have Voice set up to make all calls at the moment and whenever I select a contact or dial a number myself, it starts with the Voice dialer then switches to the Moto one with the Voice Icon in a bubble. I am trying to use this phone as a wifi device to make calls and such since I just got the Nexus. Already tried wiping the data and such. Completely stock at the moment. Thanks

GV uses data (wifi, 4G, 3G) to initiate the call routing it through a google voice access number.

To make the calls over data only, install the GrooveIP app from the play store.
