Making the Jump from Fitbit to shealth is a pretty big one, especially as the wife still rocks her Fitbit and we also have the Fitbit Scales in prime location in the bathroom.
I recently brought myself the Gear S3 to complement my Galaxy S8 and just because of how aesthetically pleasing it is to the eye.
However I'm still can't just dump my Fitbit Charge 2, I don't want to hurt her feelings... lol jokes aside she still very useful!
For starters the sleep tracking on the the Fitbit is superior in comparison to what the Gear S3 spits out and I currently track my weight and body fat on the Fitbit Scales...
Yes I know, your probably saying to yourself that neither of these features actually require me to wear my fitbit all day. However I do still love challenging certain friends and family through fitbit but I reckon I could get over that if that was my only reason.
Let's get back on track... Sleep tracking, weight and body fat tracking is my main concerns. I am currently using a service called fitnesssyncer to sync my sleep & weight data to sHealth which works great and would be happy to keep using for my weight and body fat tracking. As for my sleep tracking it works but I still have to keep wearing my fitbit. I would much prefer for Samsung to up there game in the bed department as it's nothing to boast about. See attached comparison.
So I suppose my question is.
What's the likelihood of the Gear S3 getting an update for it's sleep tracking?
