Salam! 
I have an MTK android smartphone with ID= "MTK 6572" which is rooted.I wanted too root it as the internal space was very little for even most important apps.But now I'm cursing myself for doing that because now a few malware apps have somehow made it to the system/app root folder and run in the background giving me a flood of ads and make phone lag like hell.
The most important thing to be noted is that I have tried deleting them but what happens is that the one or two that get deleted reappear again and again(Note their apk files in system/app folder I'm talking about).I have tries using root explorer and setting them as writable but somehow they give delete failed error I then change the name of that apk and only then it gets deleted but reappears again.
And the most annoying part is that they re-enable themselves after I disable them so this option has failed as well.
Now I know that if I could delete their apk files and do a factory reset I might get rid of them forever but deleting them looks impossible.
Please tell me about some procedure or refer some powerful app that can force these apps to be deleted.
