I'm on an HTC Desire, running 2.2. I had this problem in 2.1 as well though.
When I open Manage Applications, a window that says Loading shows up and everything is well and good. However, when the small loading animation in the background disappears and I can clearly see that all the apps, icons and so on are there, the big loading window remains and I can't go any further. If I press Back and open Manage Applications again, everything's loaded and working.
Not a massive issue, but it's certainly annoying and makes the phone feel less stable. Any ideas?
