Manage multiple accounts

I have two google accounts on my phone. One of them is a shared account that is also on someone elses phone. This is for access to email and contacts, account alerts are helpful but not necessary. My activity is logged to both accounts. It used to only be logged to mine but some time ago it started logging to both. Any idea how to get my device to stop logging activity to account B but still have their device log to it? Or is there a way to sync contacts and email without adding the google account? I would loose account notifications but I am willing to do that.

You can long press location toggle in notification panel then location history then manage activity turn off or on for each account there

That will change it for all devices on the account. Also that only changes location history, not app usage, youtube history, etc.
