Manage Notification Actions?

[AC Question]

This might sound odd but I actually want to keep all my notifications and use my notification pull down like the bb hub.

I'm currently using an unrooted HTC M8 and I don't think there are any options (besides disabling/enabling specific app notifications) to set actions on for the notification center.

Ideally, I'd like to tap to open the app (but don't clear the notification), swipe left to snooze the notification (not a priority for me), and swipe right to clear the notification if desired.

Can anybody help me out or suggest an app?

This is exactly what I've been looking for as well. I remember using a few jelly bean roms that had notification actions built in.
