Managing multiple calls

Before I reset my phone I never saw a menu to manage calls like my note 4 well after a factory reset bam it shows up now a day later it's gone again

to clarify I'm talking about the menu where if you are on a 3 way call or so and want to hang one of the people up you can,I'm sure most people don't even talk on cell phones anymore but hopefully someone can help me

What do you see on a 3-way call now? Are you only able to hang up on everyone at the same time?

Yep Diddy only able to hang everyone up

I checked some of the carrier FAQs--it looks like they don't mention a way for you to hang up on only one of the parties:

Which carrier do you have?

I have Tmobile,funny thing is it worked and I had control then it just vanished

Found out that if I'm on lte then it won't let me control the calls but if I'm on 4g and below then I'm in control. Anyone have any idea why?

That's odd. Have you asked T-Mobile directly?
