??? Manual ART & OTA???

Ok on my G3 if I go into Dev options and manually switch form Delv to ART will I be able to get the L. OTA when it comes?

If I change the settings in the hidden menu, like the Temperature settings that make phone faster but disable the ability to adjust screen brightness,, can I go back and undo those changes and the effects of said changes??
