manual update jellybean

Ive checked to see if update is available and it keeps saying no new software available and tried doing it by keis but that says my current firmware is not supported to update firmware with kies is there a way to manually flash. current firmware is vrlhd

What firmware do you have? Can a botched Jelly Bean upgrade be downgraded?

i currently have the jellybean update that just came out. i downgraded from vrlhd to the g1 firmware then the phone started updating with all the successive updates all the way to jellybean
