Manual video settings for recording indoors

I have to record an interview tomorrow indoors with no windows. Any manual settings that you guys recommend?

It may be late but just spend some time messing around with settings in a similar environment or before you shoot.

I know with stills you want to keep the shutter speed around 1/60 in hand held shots to avoid shake.
