So I bought a white LG G3 and it came with a white cord. Upon pulling it out of the box I noticed that the part that plugs into the phone was bent. I was irritated but I put it aside and used another from a previous phone. Once I realized that the phone was charging sllloow I then used the manufacturer issued one. The charge sped up but the issue was one slight movement and the charging would stop. It was so annoying. I went out and bought a new charger as Tmobile wouldn't exchange the cord. And I threw the manufacturer issued cord away.
Fast forward to June 6 2015 I get an LG G4 its perfect. I got a new cord (white again) even though my G4 is gray..everything has been good until last week. I've had a snug fit with the cord and phone and it didn't stop charging when I picked up and used it. However last week the same nightmare that I had with the G3 started. Any sudden movement causes the phone stop charging unless I gently push down on the charger. Weird thing is this prong isn't bent like the G3's was out of the box. Tmobile again won't do anything they said that the charger isn't covered under the warranty. Is this happening to anyone else? What can I do other than spending more money to buy a new charger? If I did have to suck it up and buy a new cord what's the best to buy and where can I buy it? Thanks in advance.
