Many dropped calls before I answer.

Quite often a call comes in and before I can answer it, the call quickly goes to voice mail and I miss it.
I mean, it rings about once (a second or two) then that's it.
This happens to about half my incoming calls.
Any suggestions before I take it back to Verizon (bought it at Best Buy)?

HI

1. Try putting phone on Airplane Mode, turn off phone, turn back on, then AM off, see if it occurs.
2. Enter recovery and wipe Cache Partition, no data loss.
3. Take SIM out, the put it back in.
4. Full Factory Reset.
