I had the same hope. Sadly nope. I’m now hoping that April does not fool me!
What about the question above, do you have access to a different wireless charger to test? I'm thinking this isn't software and a monthly update isn't going to help. Just my guess, this doesn't seem to be a common issue. This might be a weird hardware) software failure on your phone. If you can test in a different wireless charger that would help identify if it's just the Pixel Stand or an issue with wireless charging in general on your phone

I still have the "Hide This Story" option

"Hide this story" is missing from all cards in my Discover feed. I searched for hours, at first hoping to find a solution, then just ANY kind of confirmation that this feature has indeed been removed. The closest I got was an article, I think from 2019, that said Google added a heart icon so one can give feedback w/o going to the overflow menu. It said this may indicate they will remove "hide this story" in the future. I guess that future is now and Google won't let us clean up our feed without providing feedback. First they kill the swipe gesture, now they are extracting our opinions to clean our feed. I guess it's true: If we're not paying for the product, then we ARE the product. Sigh.

If you tap on the three dots on the right it shows the screen below. Maybe "not interested" replaces hide this story.

To me, "not interested" sounds like the particular subject matter will be remembered by Google and, going forward, you'll see less of that type of story. I'm also still missing "hide this story" on all my cards so I've just stopped dismissing cards. I just scroll down the feed and refresh as needed.

My battery has been rapidly draining since this update. At first I noticed it every other night, then every night, & it's throughout the day as well. I'm regretting installing this update.

What it's worth, I had a complete failure of the wireless charging on the phone. Google, was kind enough to send me a new phone.

Ah, it seems that I am having something similar. My wireless charging stopped working and Saturday my back started to bow out slightly.

I factory reset mine and contacted Google and I am now using a pixel 3 XL (boy I forgot how dim the screen was/is) waiting on my replacement 4.

What the heak did they put in that March update.
