March Security update

Has anyone recieved the security update for the exynos version.

From the looks of it we might see it at the end of the month in similar fashion of Samsung releasing the February update.

The March Security update for the UK was announced a few days ago.

I am on Three UK network and no sign of a update yet.

Anyone else still waiting?

Got it last night. I checked manually and it was there.

Unlocked phone bought from Samsung.

I got it a couple of days ago, when the phone was delivered. O2 network

I got my mine a couple of days ago. Had my alarm not work after the update. A restart fixed it. Dunno if it was related.

I don't know why there is a delay.

My phone came unlocked from Three network.

It's 5 days since the update was available in UK.

Is there anyone else waiting out there?

So I am stuck on Feb Security patch because Samsung told me it's up to the network to release their version of firmware. When I rang Three they said you need technical support so put me back through to Samsung.

It's ridiculous and crazy.

Someone needs to take the responsibility. Why should we consumers be punished in not getting updates because of having a branded version.

Beyond me

My unlocked S7E received it about 10 days ago, had to check manually though.

Bare in mind that even Nexus devices don't receive it on day 1 necessarily, I was surprised the S7E received it so soon. Any if you on carrier models may be at the mercy of the update being released by your carrier. Software updates are normally delayed.

The April security patch is rolling out, and I'm still on February's release.

I'm with Rogers in Canada.
