March update- LTE fix!

Did you clear the cache partition? If not, try that and see if it helps.

I'm not having these switching problems at all. I'm running MHC19i. The only weird thing I see is, although I do have a LTE connection, the icon is missing from the top bar.

VZW user here and happy to say after the March update and a reboot, it goes right into LTE and not 3g !! No more Airplane Mode, turn OFF, then see it go to LTE.
Also active display seems to be a little bit more "active" than it was. Not like the Moto X I had but certainly better.

Not sure how many other users do this but I clear my partition after each update. Now I do it more since it's a Nexus and they release monthly security updates but even back to my last 3 previous phones, I always update and clear cache.

So I've had a network connectivity problem with my 6p on Tmo but it's not quite the same issue that I've commonly read about, like in this thread for example.
I get LTE with no problem when I boot up and it doesn't switch to 3G on it's own, etc. So I'm good there. My issue is the phone will randomly drop signal *altogether* (no data, no bars, 'not on network' notification). Then it'll come back, LTE and all. Sometimes it'll go into a loop of dropping and returning which is beyond frustrating.
Now if I set the phone to 3G only, I get a stable signal, no dropouts at all. So I settle for that but the speeds are 10 down vs 30 down on LTE. Makes me want to sell they phone. Any ideas?

I still have some moments where it's stuck on H. I'll have to restart the phone or switch from 3G back to LTE.

It's now been 2 weeks. The March update has, without a doubt, definitely fixed the LTE issue for me (AT&T).

I had that happen. I sideloaded the February and March updates.

The issue does seem to be resolved for me now. I haven't seen the "H" logo for two weeks now. (knock on wood)
