They resumed it , but this so far is international version.

I would think in a week or two , hopefully they add those 2 features but I doubt it .

In the US, the carriers are probably still certifying to make sure their crap is still working as expected. US unlocked models as usual will receive after all US carriers receives theirs.

Iam ok waiting to make sure no bugs arrive.

also custom themes work on s10 plus with adb, just command ( adb install [apk file] ) with theme store open.
