Mark all messages read

Hey guys,
New to android. I have my email set up and working. Just wondering if there is a way to set all the messages in my inbox to read? I see on the main screen that I have new messages, Look over the headers, nothing important so I just want to mark them all read so that I can be notified on the home screen when I get new messages. Any ideas? If it matters I am using a stock droid incredible.
