So during a routine update the app iTriage got stuck while it said our was installing. After a couple of days I tried installing it from my phone (which worked) but in the market the appro still appears to be perpetually installing when I open my downloads section in the market.

I guess it isn't hurting anything, but it's obviously not intended behavior, and makes the market a lot less appealing to use. Any ideas how I can fix it?

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Market > Clear Data

It still keeps all of your settings and what not. You just have to agree to the terms again.

Actually this is acting as designed, this happens when you check the Allow Automatic Update under the app menu, if you uncheck this it will not auto install when Download page is opened.

As for how long the app took to install, I usually fix this with a reboot and then enter back into downloads after reboot and install usually completes without issues, or you can cycle the radio by toggling Flight Mode on and then off. This happens because the data connection enters sleep mode.
