market issues?

Anyone having issues with the market or goggle play? I was trying to upload some some apps and no use. Did a reboot and still won't work. It just says downloading and no luck

I just tried to buy some game tokens and it locked up my phone. Had to reboot.

Try clearing the cache. Go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->All, and find Google Play Store.

It won't let me clear cache just data???
