market issues

I currently have an issue with downloading and installing market apps.
It seems to download the app but when going to the install of the app it just resets itself as if nothing ever downloaded. ( it says preparing for download)
Sometimes killing market will get it to redownload and install.
I see it downloading from the notification bar.

And sometimes when trying to install it restarts the phone

I'm not 100% sure but I know I had the same issue on my phone and it had to do with the chach partion when I get to a comp ill explain how to fix it.

I've had the same problem usually you can force close the market app or reboot your whole phone to make it fix I would also like to find a more permanent way to fix it though

actually now that i think about it kinda stopped happening since I started running Reborn ROM i don't know if your rooted or not though

I did a data wipe some time ago. Not sure where the market cache is though.
normal caches are all clear.

I think I have the location but not sure how to find out the issue or what install I causing the problem. Today tried installing something from amazon app and it caused a restart when installing

Try going to settings>applications>manage applications and find the market there. You should have the option to clear cache.

Did that and still have same issues. Starts download and only shows download in notification bar and not on market screen. Then never installs.
And. with amazon market it gets to install screen and crashes phtne sometimes it crashes
When installing from market as wellphone
