Marketplace problems, thoughts?

I picked up a razr yesterday from Best Buy (I'm never dealing with Verizon again) and they had issues with the first phone, as it froze twice on us. We got a second one with the same sim card and that gave us a lot of issues. The associate had to sit on the phone with Verizon for an hour fixing the issue. I am currently having some issues with the marketplace. I'm currently at school (not on 4g but with full reception) and I have about five apps queue'd for download. One is downloading at a time (takes about 20 minutes per app) and the marketplace takes five minutes to load any page. The internet works fine but the marketplace is just acting weird.

Not to mention the main marketplace page does not fully load. Just the bar on the side that says "Apps / Games / Movies" etc.

Thoughts?

I have some what similar problem. When I open up the market. And it goes to the main page, all I see are those four on the left saying games, apps, music, movies. Sometimes I get there and neither the capacitive search button nor the market on screen button works. That's about the only things that happen to me on the market side.

forgot to mention that a simple restarting of the phone usually helps but is annoying to do that.

Tried restarting, and it definitely helped but not much. Seemed to work okay after doing that, but I had to do it twice.

Not sure where you are located, but Verizon is reporting an outage for the 4G network. I am not sure if this will affect the 3G network as well.
