Marking forums read

I don't know if anyone else has posted about this or this is only happening to me. It seems the forums sometimes doesn't remember what threads you have already read even after you mark them read. Or sometimes I would read a thread or even post a reply and when i come back a couple hours later it says there are new posts when mine is the last post. Is this just something I am having an issue with?

I've been dealing with the same thing. It's gotten even worse--I logged out last night, then logged back in tonight, yet the forum seems to think that posts from five days ago are "new" to me. It's quite annoying.

I have the same problem. It also seems to mark post read everytime I log in and log out. When I come back post that I've never touched are marked as read.
