Marshmallow Auto-Arranging Homescreen Icons

I updated both my Z2 tablet and Z3 phone to Marshmallow and have noticed that if I move or delete an icon from my homescreen all the other icons shift to fill in the void. Is there a way to disable this annoying feature?

Which launcher are you using?

I've never seen that when using the Google Now launcher and Marshmallow (though I do not have your device).
