Annoying auto-rotate message pops up

Hi. I have an Onn tablet and every time I restart it or turn off and restart it, an Auto-rotate message always pops up at start up and I want to get rid of that pop up message.

Also, sometimes when I want to restart my tablet a restart in Safe mode message pops up. I want simply if I need to turn off or restart the tablet it does whatever I requested without that other annoying message to pop up. Thanks

I moved this from the Droid Razr M Rooting/ROMs forum (not sure how it got there) to the General Help forum.

Do you typically have Auto-Rotate turned off? Also, are you routinely powering off your tablet? In general, it might work better if you just let your tablet go to sleep rather than completely powering it off.
